I had my first day using this chair professionally and it is everything I could have asked for, Zero sound from the motor, smooth movement, comfortable, well constructed, and so forth. It was delivered beautifully packaged on a crate. I can not believe that by spending much more money that you could get a better chair. I extremely happy with the chair and the customer service!
