I have been searching for a hydraulic massage table for awhile and I finally found one that I liked at Discount Spa Equipment, The whole process from ordering to delivery took less than a week. I am so happy with my massage table and the service I received.

I have been a Salon owner for just about 10 years now and I have bought furniture from all different vendors around the world. This time shopping with this company has completely blown my mind about Customer Service. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase! I ordered a head spa bed, And not only did it shipped within a week which I am from Massachusetts and they are in California. I also got great delivery and shipping and my favorite part is the owner of Derek gave me exceptional customer service. He even FaceTimed me the moment I called to help me ensure that I was setting this up properly. In addition to that I had a defected drain hole and he mailed me a new replacement the very next day. It was a super simple fix and he makes setting up seem so easy. It makes investing in really expensive equipment reassuring, and makes it so you actually feel like the money you invested was worth it. I am absolutely blown away and how I was treated during this entire process and can’t thank Derek enough for his incredible support. I will be a customer for life and I cannot wait for my business to revenue a profitable income using heads spa services to be able to order my next head spa bed !! I will never be shopping anywhere else for any salon equipment!! This is going to be my go to place for life and for me to say that as a Salon owner should be the biggest testimony!

This company has just what you need if you are a professional. Their customer service is above the minimum that other companies give. They answer texts and calls if you have any questions and if you need a correction with your order, they will actually go out of their way to make it right. This level of customer service is not as common as it should be anymore, but this company makes sure that they deliver what they say they will! I get all of my equipment from them. They attend conventions and offer the latest equipment that will help anyone in the spa industry, stay successful in their business. I recently purchased treatment beds for my acupuncture clinic, and I’m very happy with the experience. I went in person to see the beds, and everything was well prepared in advance. I purchased a Spa chair and stool. The quality of the chair is amazing. I’m enjoying my new toys. The turn around time for delivery was within 48 hours. I had the opportunity to speak directly with owner… and the customer service he demonstrated was fantastic. In these times you don’t find this level of kindness I will most definitely be purchasing more equipment once I expand.

Derek was fantastic to work with, communication was excellent before and after the purchase. There was one small minor wiring issue from the factory, but he dealt with it and had it fixed ASAP. My wife couldn't be happier with the bed...Would buy from Derek again.

I am so impressed with every aspect of my purchase. I wad called immediately to make sure my order was processed smoothly, Derek answered all of my questions, the financing was easy and the table was delivered two days after purchase. It arrived well packaged and was shipped in two parts so I could get it through my spa doorway. I was sent a special video on how to reassemble the table once it was in the room, which was very easy to do. This is a very solid piece of equipment! And so comfy! I did have to hire movers to move the base into the room which was quite heavy, but a couple of strong guys and a furniture dolly could probably manage. Wonderful product and amazing customer service all around.

Hi, I am an acupuncturist from NY. I just got my electric massage bed today. When I saw it, I felt they packed very well to protect the massage bed. After I opened it, I felt it very easy to push control direction and not heavy at all. After I set it up and try the lifting function, I feeling very satisfied! It can lift to 35 inches which is high enough for all the partitioners. Especially its back reclines can all the way up to almost 90 degrees and with remote control! Normally it will cost double price to get these 2 functions by remote control. So I am very satisfied for the price and the bed quality. Especially free delivery from CA to NY! Only one thing I feel it still can improve which the bed is not wide enough , only 28 inches, but it is still good size for my smaller treatment room. I sum it up as a great treatment bed. I love it!

We wanted "top of the line" units for our upscale salon/spa and found them at Discount Spa Equipment! They have all the "bells and whistles" with halo wash, steam, fumigant and our new beds give our Guests a FULL BODY MASSSAGE. Derrick could not have been better to work with. I ask a LOT of questions before I make a purchase of this size and need to feel assured that the product is of great quality, performs perfectly, and most importantly that I can get parts should anything break or wear in time. Derrick took me on a virtual tour of his warehouse and "holy smoke" there is SO much in there....parts organized on shelves everywhere! My experience with Discount Spa Equipment has been amazing. I ordered 2 massage beds and within 5 minutes received a call from Dennis letting me know they were back ordered until the end of December. I couldn’t wait that long so asked him if he had the white bed with the storage under it in stock. He said yes and for me to put the order in while he refunded me for the original beds. The refund was there within minutes. He had them shipped out the next day. I just ordered another one and that was also shipped the next day. Very quick freight delivery from California to SW Florida on both orders. The transportation companies were also great to deal with. The beds are amazing. I will always order from them from here on out.
