My experience with this company was exceptional! Derek was super professional and communicated about my product from start to finish. I was scared ordering such a large item that cost so much money so I didn’t really know what to expect. I had my equipment financed and even that experience applying for it was great customer service. Now my electric beds were a dream!!! We did experience delays on the shipment but these days that was a common issue not only for them but for many companies I ordered from. The delivery was also a good experience as the shipping company also communicated very well. When we got the beds I couldn’t wait to open them! This chair was shipped quickly and the company has provided excellent customer service.
The box was very heavy and we unpacked it outside the office then carried the chair in.
From there is was very easy to assemble. It looks beautiful and is super comfortable.
The only complaint is that it has a mild texture to it so it’s hard to clean with wipes. I’ll be installing an exam paper roller to keep the bed clean. The company recommends washing with soap and water which I will also do.
