Realizing what a “buzz” the Head Spa service is getting, we decided to purchase 2 of the best Head Spa beds. We wanted “top of the line” units for our upscale salon/spa and found them at Discount Spa Equipment! They have all the “bells and whistles” with halo wash, steam, fumigant and our new beds give our Guests a FULL BODY MASSSAGE. Derrick could not have been better to work with. I ask a LOT of questions before I make a purchase of this size and need to feel assured that the product is of great quality, performs perfectly, and most importantly that I can get parts should anything break or wear in time. Derrick took me on a virtual tour of his warehouse and “holy smoke” there is SO much in there….parts organized on shelves everywhere! He made me feel comfortable that I would quickly receive replacement parts with minimal downtime. Our beds, along with our new facial equipment, were shipped right away. I was very concerned because it seems anything I order these days come broken or damaged due to lack of care when packaging them for shipping or from poor shipping companies that care little about damage. OMG….these packages were crated like nothing I’ve seen before and arrived without a scratch on them. We are having our beds plumbed and when ready Derrick has offered to do a virtual visit with our team to show us how to properly use and CARE for our new equipment.
